The first thing Milena did was surround herself with talented help. She re-hired Chef Willie who had worked for the original owners. Next came Lori Ruiz who is considered to be the fastest prep person on the east coast! After working with Milena for the past six years, Lori became a partner in 2007. Together they make each customer feel special and appreciated.
